The irony of relational challenges is that most leaders do their best to lead in healthy ways. It's not that  try to fail as leaders, it's just that sometimes the small things they do can negatively impact their leadership. 

The odds are likely that we'll all struggle at some level in our own ability to lead. That's because we are human. We all see and do things in different ways. That's the beauty of our creation as humans. But it's also what leads to our challenge when working with one another. There is going to be natural friction in our approach to leadership compared to how others experience us.
